In addition to the two Neistin teams, 55 other teams from 12 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Neistin 1 could be found in Group 6 together with Baekkelaget SK 1, Skånela IF, IK Sävehof 2, Kristianstad HK and Mount Kenya HC. Neistin 1 continued to A-Play-off after reaching 3:rd place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Åhus Handboll with 7-16. In the Final, Rima HC won over Redbergslids IK and became the winner of A-Play-off in Boys 13.
