Aurland IL

Aurland IL was one of 92 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2014. They participated with one team in Girls 16. In addition to Aurland IL, 88 other teams from 15 different countries played in Girls 16. They were divided into 14 different groups, whereof Aurland IL could be found in Group 3 together with Gjövik HK, Brabrand IF, Nit/Hak HK, OV Helsingborg, HV Quintus and Kärra HF. Aurland IL continued to B-Play-off after reaching 7:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against IK Cyrus with 0-10. In the Final, AG Håndbold won over Brabrand IF and became the winner of B-Play-off in Girls 16. Aurland comes from Aurland which lies approximately 450 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place.
