Åhus Handboll

Åhus Handboll was one of 91 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2014. They participated with one team in Boys 13. In addition to Åhus Handboll, 56 other teams from 13 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Åhus Handboll could be found in Group 4 together with Enköpings HF, Kärra HF, Tyresö Handboll, Baerums Verk IF and SC Cometa Dolgoprudny City. Åhus Handboll continued to A-Play-off after reaching 1:st place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against H43 Lund 1 with 9-15. In the Final, Rima HC won over Redbergslids IK and became the winner of A-Play-off in Boys 13. Åhus comes from Åhus which lies approximately 240 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around Åhus does also provide two additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2014 (Kristianstad HK and IFK Kristianstad).
