Vejle HU

Vejle HU was one of 36 clubs from Denmark that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2014. They participated with one team in Girls 18. In addition to Vejle HU, 36 other teams from 8 different countries played in Girls 18. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Vejle HU could be found in Group 6 together with Årsta AIK, IL Jardar, IK Sävehof 2, BM Granollers, Önnereds HK 1 and Sotra SK. Vejle HU continued to B-Play-off after reaching 7:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Ullern IF with 14-16. In the Final, Skånela IF won over Nidelv IL and became the winner of B-Play-off in Girls 18. Vejle HU comes from VEJLE which lies approximately 280 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around VEJLE does also provide two additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2014 (Kolding IF and Trelde GI).
