Tjörns AIF was one of 96 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2013. They participated with one team in Boys 18. In addition to Tjörns AIF, 64 other teams from 17 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 10 different groups, whereof Tjörns AIF could be found in Group 9 together with Västeråsirsta HF, Besiktas JC, H 71 2, TV Birsfelden and Brabant Selectie 2. Tjörns AIF continued to B-Play-off after reaching 6:th place in Group 9. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against HC Eynatten-Raeren with 6-14. In the Final, HK Ankaret won over Waasmunster HK and became the winner of B-Play-off in Boys 18. Tjörns AIF comes from Stenungsund which lies approximately 38 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around Stenungsund does also provide 14 additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2013 (Among others: Bjurslätts IF, Redbergslids IK, Torslanda HK, Kungälvs HK, Backa HK, Stenungsunds HK, Kärra HF, IK Nord, Partille IF and Lysekils HK).
