Århus Håndbold

Århus Håndbold was one of 34 clubs from Denmark that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2013. They participated with one team in Boys 21. In addition to Århus Håndbold, 17 other teams from 7 different countries played in Boys 21. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Århus Håndbold could be found in Group 3 together with TV Birsfelden, Mölndals HF, Tsinghua University, Tyresö Handboll and Backa HK. Århus Håndbold continued to A-Play-off after reaching 1:st place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against IK Sävehof with 11-17. In the Final, Önnereds HK won over IK Sävehof and became the winner of A-Play-off in Boys 21. Århus comes from Egå which lies approximately 200 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around Egå does also provide 11 additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2013 (Among others: Skanderborg HB, Christiansbjerg IF, Hornbaek SF, Vejlby-Risskov IK, Korsholm IF, Four Stars, UH Århus N, Hjortshöj Egå IF, Vorup FB and Brabrand IF).
