SSV Dornbirn was one of 9 clubs from Austria that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2013. They participated with one team in Girls 18. In addition to SSV Dornbirn, 50 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 18. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof SSV Dornbirn could be found in Group 8 together with Näsby IF 2, Stenungsunds HK, Brabrand IF 1, Kringlebotn IL and HK Aranäs. SSV Dornbirn continued to A-Play-off after reaching 3:rd place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against HC Eynatten-Raeren with 11-16. In the Final, Skanderborg HB won over Brabrand IF 2 and became the winner of A-Play-off in Girls 18. Dornbirn comes from Dornbirn which lies approximately 1200 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. Other than SSV Dornbirn, the club Alpla HC Hard does also originate from the area around Dornbirn.
