Lilleström Topphåndball was one of 78 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2013. They participated with one team in Boys 18. In addition to Lilleström Topphåndball, 64 other teams from 17 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 10 different groups, whereof Lilleström Topphåndball could be found in Group 7 together with Kärra HF, HK Drott, SV Tungendorf, Union West Wien and Centrul National Sighisoara. Lilleström Topphåndball continued to B-Play-off after reaching 5:th place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against TSV Hürup with 15-21. In the Final, HK Ankaret won over Waasmunster HK and became the winner of B-Play-off in Boys 18. Lilleström Topphåndball comes from Fjerdingby which lies approximately 250 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around Fjerdingby does also provide 30 additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2013 (Among others: Böler IF, Övrevoll Hosle IL, Ull/Kisa IL, Ski IL, Nordby IL, Linderud IL, Skedsmo HK, Fet IL, Baerums Verk IF and Slemmestad IF).
