Vejle HK

Vejle HK was one of 34 clubs from Denmark that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2013. They participated with one team in Girls 16. In addition to Vejle HK, 91 other teams from 16 different countries played in Girls 16. They were divided into 15 different groups, whereof Vejle HK could be found in Group 15 together with HK Varberg, Kungälvs HK, Afturelding, IL Rival and Tyresö Handboll. Vejle HK continued to B-Play-off after reaching 5:th place in Group 15. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Sverresborg IF with 8-14. In the Final, Gökstens BK 2 won over Grue IL and became the winner of B-Play-off in Girls 16. Vejle comes from Fredericia which lies approximately 290 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around Fredericia does also provide two additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2013 (Trelde GI and Kolding IF).
