Vejlby-Risskov IK

Vejlby-Risskov IK was one of 34 clubs from Denmark that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2013. They participated with one team in Girls 14. In addition to Vejlby-Risskov IK, 112 other teams from 13 different countries played in Girls 14. They were divided into 18 different groups, whereof Vejlby-Risskov IK could be found in Group 12 together with H 71 1, Nit/Hak HK 1, Torslanda HK 2, IL Gneist and Lugi HF 1. Vejlby-Risskov IK continued to A-Play-off after reaching 1:st place in Group 12. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Holbaek HK with 14-15. In the Final, Hellerup IK won over Fredriksbergs IF and became the winner of A-Play-off in Girls 14. Vejlby-Risskov comes from Risskov which lies approximately 210 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around Risskov does also provide 11 additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2013 (Among others: Skanderborg HB, Christiansbjerg IF, Hornbaek SF, Korsholm IF, Four Stars, UH Århus N, Århus Håndbold, Hjortshöj Egå IF, Vorup FB and Brabrand IF).
