HV Marsna

HV Marsna was one of three clubs from the Netherlands that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2013. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to HV Marsna, 107 other teams from 14 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 18 different groups, whereof HV Marsna could be found in Group 17 together with Bergen HK 1, Gjövik HK, Asköy HK, IK Skovbakken and Spårvägens HF 2. HV Marsna continued to B-Play-off after reaching 4:th place in Group 17. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Kjelsås IL 2 with 9-11. In the Final, Stjördals/Blink IL 1 won over Elverum IL and became the winner of B-Play-off in Girls 15. HV Marsna comes from Meerssen which lies approximately 870 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. The area around Meerssen does also provide four additional clubs participating during Partille Cup 2013 (Kreasa Houthalen, Union Beynoise, HC Eynatten-Raeren and Ligue Francophone de Handball).
