Eltalbia

Eltalbia was one of two clubs from Egypt that had teams playing during Partille Cup 2013. They participated with one team in Boys 11. In addition to Eltalbia, 39 other teams from 10 different countries played in Boys 11. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Eltalbia could be found in Group 1 together with Lugi HF, H 71 1, SC Nevskaya Zastava, IK Sävehof 8 and HK Aranäs 2. Eltalbia continued to A-Play-off after reaching 2:nd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Dong Xing with 5-18. In the Final, El-Shams SC won over RK Zagreb and became the winner of A-Play-off in Boys 11. Eltalbia comes from Cairo which lies approximately 3400 km from Göteborg, where Partille Cup takes place. Other than Eltalbia, the club El-Shams SC does also originate from the area around Cairo.
